Attenta
Customer Terms
Version 2026-10-08. These terms apply between Glimtheim AS and the organisation whose authorised representative creates an Attenta company. This version applies to companies accepting it. An existing company remains on its previously accepted agreement until a replacement is agreed; publication alone does not change that agreement.
Authority and service
The person accepting confirms authority to bind the customer. Attenta provides hosted time registration, employee administration, project allocation and exports. The customer decides who may access its workspace and remains responsible for its business and employment-law decisions.
Early-adopter offer
Attenta is temporarily offered without subscription charges, subject to a company-specific employee allowance shown in Team. New companies normally start with 20 active people; Glimtheim AS may approve a different allowance for an individual company following a support request. The allowance counts active users with company login access, including the owner, admins and managers, plus active employee profiles without a login. A linked login and profile count once. Deactivated logins, inactive profiles without a login and deleted profiles do not count. Pending invitations do not reserve places. At the limit, adding people, accepting invitations or reactivating access that would increase usage is blocked until a place is freed or a higher allowance is approved. Existing access and saved records are not automatically removed if the allowance is reduced below current usage. Customers can request a higher allowance through the in-app Support form or support@attenta.io; a request does not guarantee approval or permanent free capacity. There is no guaranteed duration for the free offer or entitlement to permanent free access or future features. Material reductions remain subject to the notice provisions below. We may introduce paid plans later. Before paid access starts, the customer must expressly choose a plan after its price and terms are presented. Accepting these terms or requesting a higher allowance does not authorise future or retrospective charges.
Customer duties
The customer must have a lawful basis for personal data and working-time processing, give workers required information, keep roles and access current, verify records and exports, and configure retention appropriately. The customer must not use the service unlawfully or allow credentials to be shared.
Data and confidentiality
The customer owns its submitted business data. Each party must protect confidential information and use it only to perform these terms. Personal data is handled under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
Changes, availability and support
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided as available, without a contractual uptime percentage, support response or resolution deadline, recovery-time or recovery-point objective, or service credits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, absence of vulnerabilities or recovery of every record. Features and limits may change; no roadmap item is promised. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of a material restriction or discontinuation and an opportunity to export available records. Urgent security, abuse or legal issues may require immediate action. Contact support@attenta.io for support. These limitations do not waive mandatory duties or the Data Processing Agreement.
Liability and ending the service
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential business loss. Glimtheim AS's aggregate contractual liability to the customer is limited to the fees paid for Attenta in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or NOK 10,000 if greater. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that law does not allow to be excluded or limited. They do not restrict individuals' statutory data-protection rights or regulators' powers. Either party may end a free arrangement on reasonable notice; serious breach or security risk may justify immediate restriction. Data return and deletion remain governed by the Data Processing Agreement and mandatory law.
Law
Norwegian law governs. The parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith before bringing them to the ordinary courts, with Asker og Bærum District Court as agreed venue where legally permitted.
International use and record keeping
The customer determines the rules applicable to its business and workers and checks records and exports before relying on them. A country or language choice does not certify compliance. The customer should keep independent copies appropriate to its needs and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data. A worker accepting account terms does not itself establish a lawful basis for employment-data processing. The customer's responsibilities do not excuse our own statutory duties.
