Attenta

Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-07. These terms apply to an individual Attenta account. A company that creates a workspace also accepts the Customer Terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use only workspaces and information you are authorised to access. Do not share accounts. You are responsible for your own use; these terms do not make you automatically responsible for events outside your control.

Acceptable use

Use Attenta only lawfully and within the permissions given by your company. Do not access another person's or company's data, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Attenta to violate privacy, employment or intellectual-property rights.

Service and early-adopter period

Attenta is initially offered without subscription charges, subject to the limits shown in the service. The current standard allowance is one company with up to 20 active people. There is no guaranteed duration for the free offer or entitlement to permanent free access or future features. We may introduce paid plans later. Before paid access starts, the customer must expressly choose a plan after its price and terms are presented. Accepting these terms does not authorise future or retrospective charges.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided on an as-available basis. It has no service-level agreement, minimum uptime commitment, guaranteed support response or resolution time, or guaranteed recovery time or recovery point. Interruptions, errors and data loss are possible. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. Attenta supports time registration; it does not provide legal, payroll or accounting advice or certify compliance with local rules. Organisations should verify records and keep appropriate independent copies. These limitations do not remove mandatory rights, our applicable data-protection duties or obligations expressly stated in the Data Processing Agreement.

Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of a material restriction or discontinuation so customers can export records; urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. You may stop using your account and contact us about closure. Workspace records remain subject to the organisation's lawful instructions and applicable law; removing access does not by itself erase those records.

Law and contact

Norwegian law governs these terms. Disputes should first be raised with support@attenta.io. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights remain unaffected.

International use and language

Attenta is intended for international business use, subject to applicable law and available features. A country setting, translated interface or accessible website does not establish compliance with local employment, record-keeping or privacy rules. These documents are currently in English; mandatory language and transparency requirements remain applicable.
