Delete your Attenta account
Request and complete account deletion online. You do not need to reinstall the Attenta app or contact support to start.
How deletion works
Enter your login email address on the deletion page. Follow the one-hour email link, review your companies and confirm Delete account. Opening an email link does not delete anything. The active-service deletion completes when the confirmation succeeds; a completion email is queued.
Your login account
We remove your login, connected login methods, account preferences, memberships, invitations addressed to you, saved support requests, phone registrations and matching newsletter subscription. All sessions stop working. Your records of accepting the legal documents are removed. Any running clock in a company that stays open is stopped.
Companies and work records
For every company you own, choose an active member to become its owner or explicitly close it. Closure removes its profiles, hours, projects, exports and invitations from the active service for everyone; other members keep their own login accounts. Save needed exports and check applicable retention duties before confirming. Companies that stay open remain responsible for their employee details, work records and export copies. Your login is unlinked; ask the company about access, correction or erasure of those records. Retention is based on its lawful instructions, not a universal minimum.
Recovery and other copies
A limited deletion record, containing account and company-action identifiers, is retained for 30 days to prevent erased data returning after restoration. The receipt email address is removed after sending, or after seven days if delivery fails. Backups are isolated from ordinary use; deletions must be reapplied before a restored service is reopened. See the Privacy Notice for current backup and email-provider retention. Files already downloaded or received by other people are outside Attenta’s direct control.
